The Fiddle Chicks Request Form:

FiddleChicks.com is not taking new requests at the present time.

Because this is a one-man operation, and because of the volume of work right now, I am unable to fill requests in a timely manner. Each request involves making a web page at my cost, updating the database, posting, and updating pages. I also host all the players pages at my cost. FiddleChicks was never meant to be a web hosting site but it has become a huge endeavor (by the way, thank you everyone for getting involved.) The volume of requests, however, takes more time and resources than I am currently able to provide. [Translation: fiddlechicks.com is owned and completely operated by one person, me, who got laid off and has been looking for work for 12 hours a day for the last year and a half. I'm a about to lose my car and not surprisingly, my DSL, my virtual host, and my domain. I'm doing the best I can, folks.]

As for pending requests, I feel just horrid having to tell you that my email program got corrupted and the requests got deleted before they could be maid. I'm a painfully honest person and this is not a joke. This is a screenshot I took just now (see below). All my fiddlechicks emails are gone! I spent 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft, only to find out that the emails are unrecoverable. I am sooo sorry people. I should have gotten all my requests done sooner. (By the way, if you use Outlook Express, go into tools>options>maintenance, and uncheck "compact messages." Its an evil feature that doesn't warn you or let you decline the action before it starts erasing all your emails.

That being said, I love all of you, and I don't want to cause any hardship. I will still honor updates to existing pages. And I will provide open registration periods to get small numbers of new people added. Stay tuned to the website for those dates.

Thank you so much for your interest in FiddleChicks and enjoy surfing here.
