To provide helpful information to all persons interested in or already participating in this field, to educators, and to those who are curious.

To encourage and inspire all acoustic violinists to explore the wonderful possibilities that an electric violin can offer

About the author
of this site: Hi there and welcome to my site. Being female and playing electric violin is an unusual combination. So that's why I decided to do it. In researching the subject, I discovered that there was hardly any information and yet I kept seeing and hearing females in bands. This website was a dream of mine as an electric violinist and a web developer-- to provide resources for women interested in the field. There are enough of us out there that we could use a place to collect and share information and hopefully educate others about the benefits of what we do. My own "player" page.
