"I started playing classical violin at the age of 8 [and] I took lessons for the next 2 years, then put the violin away during my 2 years of travel. After arriving in Singapore, I reconnected with my instrument and began taking lessons again at age 13. At age 17, I came back the states where I attended Randolph-Macon Woman's College and played in the String Quartet my freshman year. At age 18, I once again put away the violin, moving on to the classical guitar which I studied for the next 2 years. After graduating college, I moved to Texas where I spent the next 2 years dabling un-consistantly with my violin, guitar, piano and voice.

At age 23, I now live in Wilmington, DE. I have re-discovered my love for the violin and recently bought an electric Yamaha. I am in the process of discovering new reperatoire with a friend of mine who plays electric guitar in a local band. I am by no means a pro, but know there is no time like the present to embrass my passion and explore new sounds!

Equipment: "I have an 1892 anno domini accoustic violin and a Silent/Electric Yamaha. "
