From Kelli's Website, reprinted with permission: "KELLI started step-dancing at age 5, and fiddle at age 9.Subsequent experience included performances with her family along with fiddling and step -dancing competitions, where she won many championships in both categories throughout Manitoba, Ontario, and Nova Scotia. KELLI is now an active judge in the industry.
Winner of the Maritime Fiddling Championship in 1984, a top ten finalist at the Canadian Open Fiddling Championships in 1987, and a co-winner of the duet award at the Canadian Open Country Singing Contest in 1991, KELLI has always set high standards of excellence for her personal and professional goals.
KELLI toured with The Bobby Lalonde Band for over six years throughout North America and Europe. She has performed as a soloist on various Canadian Military tours and spent eight months as the female lead in the New Musical " SWINGSTEP" at the Ford Center in Toronto.
KELLI'S performances are featured on three "BAND"CD's, along with four solo albums of her own which include both fiddle and vocal selections. Her talents are appreciated in many studio sessions by various artists. She has been nominated three times for fiddle player of the year by the Canadian Country Music Association.
KELLI has just finished her 3rd CD . Many of the songs and tunes are KELLI'S own original compositions.

KELLI graduated from Queens University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1989 and a Bachelor of Education in 1990
