I started playing fiddle at the age of six. I took private lessons for a total of about a year and a half. I am originally from Oklahoma City and played the local scene until I turned seventeen. I then moved to Nashville and began playing around town with local singers/songwriters.
I just recently began playing shows with Bill Anderson (Country Music Hall of Fame legend). In December I had the opportunity to play on the Grand Ole Opry for the first time. 2003 consists of more road dates as well as Opry spots with Bill Anderson; both of which I am looking forward to!
"I play a 250+ year-old acoustic fiddle from Holland. The actual brand is unknown because the label inside is worn off. I use a Baggs bridge pickup into an Ernie Ball volume pedal, an L.R. Baggs paracoustic preamp, and a Boss TU7 tuner, then straight into the house mix." Homepage: n/a
